David is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Lead8 and an award-winning architect and urban designer with over 25 years of international design experience in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Southeast Asia and the UK.

Philip Julien was born and raised in Trinidad, and continued his tertiary education in Canada, graduating in 1993 from McGill University in Montreal Canada, with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Environmental Engineering. After working in the Canadian engineering consulting sector, he returned to Trinidad in 2001, and has been integrally involved in project development and consulting activities in the local energy sector since then.

A native of The Bahamas, Kendria Ferguson obtained a Bachelor’s in Marine Biology from Barry University and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Energy from the University of South Florida.

A graduate of the Caribbean School of Architecture in Jamaica and Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom, Chris has over 25 years of professional experience in Architecture, Urban Design and Project Management.

Justice Henderson is a former Judge of The International Criminal Court and is a trial Judge in the Criminal Division, Judiciary of The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

Mark Raymond (Trinidad and Tobago /UK) is an architect and educator and the Director of the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Johannesburg where amongst many other things he is currently developing the ‘Transformative Practices’ Advanced Design Research programme. He is a graduate of the Architectural Association and RMIT’s PhD Practice-Based research programme.

Christian Benimana joined MASS Design Group as a Global Health Corps Design Fellow in 2010. Today, Christian works as one of the firm’s Senior Principals and Managing Directors and is Director of the African Design Centre, a field-based apprenticeship that is set to empower leaders who will design a more equitable, just, and sustainable world.
