Chaguaramas is a protected area, rich in its natural environment and home to several offshore islands. After a guided tour through the Chaguaramas National Park, you will board a boat for a (15) minute ride through the north-western archipelago, and can revel in the panoramic view of our lush green mountains and experience the thrill of tropical birds in flight. Upon arrival at Point Baleine, a former whaling station, the tour guide will take you to the cave lodge and the magnificent limestone cave system, where stalactites and stalagmites, ingeniously carved by nature, abound. From there we travel by boat across to Scotland Bay or Monos Island for a sea bath and a picnic lunch, before returning to the mainland.
